You may return items purchased from our online store within Seven (7) days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Any promotional items or freebies that came with the purchase must also be returned.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion may have special return conditions; please check the specific sale terms for details.

Some items, such as Essential and Carrier Oils, Black Soap, Cocoa, and Shea Butter are not eligible for return.

Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click on “Initiate Return.”

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
