Black Seed oil is a valuable source of EFA’s 3/6/9’s and also contains two very powerful phytochemicals Nigellone and Thymoquinone along with other nutrients that work synergistically to support the body’s various functions.
Directions: For adults, take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day, with meals, or as directed by a physician. May mix with juice or liquid for better taste.
For healthy hair, mix a little black seed oil with your shampoo or apply it directly to your hair as a conditioner.
For beautiful skin, apply black seed oil to wet skin. Cover with a warm moist cloth and leave for about 20 minutes. Wash off.
